Milk products tested negative for melamine contamination


The Philippines’ Department of Health (DOH) released today list of milk products that have been tested by the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) and were found negative of melamine contamination. However, Green Food Yili Pure Milk and Mengniu Original Drink Milk from China have been tested positive. As was found out, the contaminated milk products were obviously smuggled into the country since no import records were found for these two Chinese milk products.
