Libera │ Angel Voices in concert, live in Manila!
Libera, that “boy band” with angelic voices will be holding their first concert in the Philippines on October 25, 2009 at the PICC and on October 28, 2009 at the Waterfront Hotel in Cebu City.
Libera has a distinctive sound and has successfully crossed from classical to mainstream charts rating alongside with the likes of Andrea Bocelli. The group is composed of boys aged 7 to 16 from South London and from different backgrounds. Technically, Libera is a boy’s choir that could well be compared (I think) with the Vienna Boys Choir except that their sound is more enchanting, magical and celestial.
This is another concert worth watching for!

hi! actually, I have no idea as to the official media partner but I’ve seen the concert advertised over GMA. other than that, I don’t have any information. all I know is it’s brought to us by the British Alumni Association and British Council

I’ve witnessed their concert and despite the event was unprecedented, their ethereal voices are rather melodious in harmony when they sing, most especially the younger ones who had a higher range of voice, and as they sang the Philippine patriotic song in the last part, it feels like we Filipinos are proud of our cultural heritage.
